WW1 Draft Card of John Kalejak (Kaliszuk). Uncle of John Chomiczewski who emigrated to US and became US Army soldier serving in France and "killed in action" 10 days before end of WW1. Note name on line 1 vs. signature. Kaliszuk became Kaljuk became Kalejak, what was ultimately on gravestone.
